Lee,
My suggestion would be to go back to Imidan
because it sounds like the PC have built up a resistance to the Surround.
Another option would be Avaunt or Assail. We rotate Assail and Imidan each
year to avoid resistance buildup and use Avaunt in "hotspots" of PC if
necessary. You would need to check in your state's spray guide to see if
these are approved for your state as they are in Illinois. Hope this
