Chris,

We are in a Zone 4 in Ontario, we have grown the Beach Plum for over 35 years now and have made some
selections based on taste, size, and bearing habits. Most of the small trees produce fruit a little larger than the size of a nickel and we just enjoy eating them right from the trees. They bear very abundantly year after year. They are
excellent for making jelly or jam. Over this time period they have never been bothered with disease or insects.
They have withstood temperatures to below -35 degrees F.
