I have had Illinois Everbearing growing outside here in Wisconsin zone
4a for eight years. I suspect part of the secret is that it's in a
"light pocket" surrounded by woods. I simply don't get the
dessicating winter winds. It does tend to bear late for me. I still
have unripe berrys on the tree.

Has anybody tried the weeping mulberries from Edible Landscaping? How
fast do they grow and how's the flavor?
