I'm familiar with Meyer and it's close enough for
me. Seedling citrus take years to pass the juvenile stage and fruit.
I doubt most folks in the north would even consider a little citrus if it didn't
already have fruit hanging on it. The economic interest would make it
unlikely for someone to try seed in this case since cuttings root practically
like coleus and seeds would be dicey.
