I may have missed anyone suggesting wine. Do make some elderberry wine.
Very intense. To tell the truth I add it to some "kit wines, makes a kit Cab
Sav taste very decent, a flabby white of 18 litres makes a good rose with 2
bottles of elderberry added to it- the berry flavour shows up but doesn't
hit you over the head.- Please don't tell my son-in-law!!
