Elderberries will make you a tad sick if you eat them raw. It can be a
revolting experience. The jelly, however, is out of this world.

How's it going? I just ordered Elderberries from the state and was
looking forward to enjoying them with the blackberries I planted 2 years
ago, but I cannot eat them raw? Do you have to make jam or wine in order
to eat them? It's not that I'm lazy....., well, yes it is! hahaha
