Centennial is quite an early bloomer for me in Wisconsin. The blooms are
particularly large. They are pure white, fragrant and showy. The tree is
compact with an attractive weeping aspect that can be emphasized with a bit
of judicious pruning. It's also earlier than Chestnut here. The first
really great apple of the season.
