Polyethylene film bags, such as sandwich baggies, are permeable to oxygen
and CO2, and are an OK moisture barrier.
Saran wraps and coated polyethylene are good barriers to oxygen, CO2, and
moisture.
Jim - enjoying 5+ inches of fresh snow in NC, freezing rain forecast for
later today.
