Hi,

Personally, I would take private health care, but that is another story.

Woodwinds annual open house is coming up in November for those in the area.
Nice time to sample
many apple varieties, and chat with other apple people.

Problem is that after you sample 5-6 apple varietiess it is hard to tell the
difference with the
remaining 20.

Is there a good way to cleanse your palette between apple varieties during a
tasting?
