No heart racing for me, and probably ate at least 20 or more over the course of the day.
Those of you eating them: Do you swallow the skin or spit it out and justYUK!

Curious because locals here eat pawpaw skin.
If still somewhat firm, I just gently massage the fruit, pull the stem out/off, suck the contents out, then discard the skin.
