Hi Bill,
I wrote to the group about eating Black locust flowers deep fried in batter.
The pods are not edible apparently.
I also make a very good Jerusalem artichoke and rhubarb wine that is lacking
a bit in aromas, I wonder if Black locust flowers would help?
