The recycled polyolefin used to make planting pots will not change in real
value, but may well change in manipulated price, if the makers/sellers can
arrange convince us there is a shortage.
With everyone buying rolls of plastic sheet and duct tape to convert their
houses into large ziplock bags in the event of a germ or chemical terrorist
attack, there will be many tons of these available at garage sales in a
year. Now we just have to figure out how to turn the tape/film into
planting pots
for Spring 2004.
