- Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2001 11:15:32 -0400 (EDT)
Hello,
Is ther any way I can keep apple/quince seedlings in pots for the winter
above ground? These are 2 gallon plastic pots with this season's whips.
I am in Canadian hardiness zone 6a, which is much like northern
Massachusetts zone 5. We do have lots of wind, but I can protect from
that.
There are a couple I will place in my cold room which is about 45F all
winter long, but I don't want to put them all there.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Tom
