Hello All,
Just reading up about gibberellic acid, and came across this
quote rom JL Hudson's web page (
http://www.jlhudsonseeds.net/GibberellicAcid.htm );
"GAs control shoot elongation in many plants, and dwarf
forms of some plants are due to GA deficiencies."
My question is; are dwarf fruit rootstocks due to GA
deficiencies, and would the introduction of mycorrhiza fungi
and the resulting increases in gibberllian-like chemicals
affect the rootstocks standard dwarfism?
Thanks for any input you may have.
Regards,
Tom
