- Subject: [nafex] Nanking cherry - fresh quality?
- Date: Thu, 11 Jan 2001 21:27:08 -0000
I am thinking about growing nanking cherries. I have read that the
varieties called "Drilea" and "Orient" are sweet. Does that mean
they are good fresh? Anyone have experience with these? I found one
message in the archive that said the birds like them when they are
green, so a net is probably required to taste them fully ripened.
Thanks,
