There are several disease that are
bloodborne and spread by an insect vector—EIA is one that also requires
quarantine horse may develop anti-bodies but the
disease On its own EIA has about a 30% fatality
rate, exposure detected by a positive anti-body test (Coggins) equals 100%
fatality rate If a barn is quarantined around here, a
