Could you share which (state) orgaization in NM manages that SAR program and
its operations? This also means that 10 percent of the states in the USA now
have some type of MSAR standards they reference.

Two, actually. Virginia and New Mexico. New Mexico does not treat
each resource type separately, but it has many MSAR resources and
they are subject to the same requirements as other resource types.
The major difference is that MSAR responders who go through the New
Mexico field certification process must show their saddle bags for
the pack check, and also footgear suitable for walking.
