Very nicely done presentation. As someone who is on the outside just
learning about MSAR this is good information.

TROTSAR Mounted Team PowerPoint presentation, 22 frames, April 28 2007.
TROTSAR, an independent SAR unit, has formal memoranda of understanding
(MOUs) with multiple agencies having jurisdiction for SAR in Virginia
and Maryland USA. The presentation began as a collaboration of MSAR
units of Commonwealth Search and Rescue (CSAR) and TROTSAR for the 2007
Virginia SAR Conference. This version of the presentation concerns only
TROTSAR.
