This is how it works in my browser:
While holding down the Control key, I click on a link to the file I
want. That produces the link functions pop-up menu. On the menu I
select "Save Link As...". What follows tends to be self explanatory.
Your browser may be similar or slightly different, but the general
idea is that there exists a menu of functions specific to links.
If you have a mouse with multiple buttons, instead of Control-click
try Right-click (click the right-side mouse button). If you have
Internet Explorer, instead of "Save Link As" look for "Save Target
As".
