Una,

When I noticed you mentioned TUMPOT I had to jump in. I was wondering
what the folks who know of/have worked with TUMPOT think about it. There
seems to be some teams in Texas who think that people should stay away
from them. (Not my opinion)

Okay, I looked it up. Williamson County includes Austin, which
I would call south central Texas. Have you gotten in touch with
other MSAR units in Texas? There are loads of them, including
a bunch that have websites: http://www.ibiblio.org/msar/units/.
And in particular, TUMPOT.
