We sell a "cutting celery" as an herb transplant and in herb and salad bowls
at our spring market. And, we love it to use for celery ourselves because it
doesn't get too big. It is great all winter in a minimally heated greenhouse
for soups, stews, etc. We don't typically sell it as a cut herb.

Bought transplants of the Par-Cel leaf celery for the garden.

It is an awesome leafy green plant for chopping like parsley, only bigger and
thriftier.

It looks like an heirloom from England but did find seed in Johnny's.

Johnny's also has this interesting Arat (Petroselinum crispum) parsley root.

How common is Par-Cel in your FMs and CSAs?
