Wonderful success with the ginger! It looks lovely. We did a small scale pilot project last year, and a bigger area this year - haven't harvested any yet. Last year's crop got pickled and enjoyed that way. Our main problem in scaling up was finding a big enough greenhouse space that was warm enough for the baby plants. What temperature did you grow yours at in March, April and May?
And then tell us about the trees next to the ginger - cherries? peaches? what are they, I can't tell from the photos.
