Squareup is a startup company by a man named Jack Dorsey. You might have
heard of his first startup, a little company called Twitter. Here's an
interview with him on Wall Street Journal:

As far as holding payments, they did have some bumps in the road when they
first opened. My understanding is that it's cleared up, and most people
don't get held.

questions....like....who exactly are these people who then have full
access to your bank account???
