If you're not certified organic, you may want to try one of the new
phosphorous (NOT phosphoric) acid fungicides, such as Agri-Fos 400. These are
very effective systemic fungicides that can halt this organism (phytophtera)
from further development in the crop. I've seen research papers touting 88%
control of late blight on tomatoes. It is not a toxic organic chemistry
either, rather a fairly simple chemistry that functions well in plants.

You may want to try more than one approach seperately and evaluate the
results. I'm concerned that Late Blight may be a more persistant problem for
a while. We need good tools for addressing it. A grower brought me infected
tomato plants Friday. I felt bad telling him what it was but it can be
addressed.
