Arden Andersen in The Anatomy of Life & Energy in Agriculture
 
says CPB that there is a lack of Calcium, Phosphorus, Vit. C, Copper and
 
Manganese

Get a soil test and read Michael Astera's website  www.soilminerals.com
 
I found that when the P, Mg, K were about 250#/A on a Modified Morgan test
that CPB weren't too much of a problem.  I also plant further apart-a la Steve
Solomon--to give the roots the space they need.  Cucumber beetles here
have disappeared after the soil warmed up and the ERGS higher.
