I was hoping someone knew where the recipe was for making black garlic – “how” it’s done isn’t mentioned in the article. L

Is there such a thing as a quick and easy recipe for making black garlic from fresh garlic? Preferably non-copyrighted, so I could hand it out to my customers, and they could then make their own (health inspector problem solved! I suspect I'd need a processing license to sell the stuff in New York State.)
