Greetings,

What I have found about companion planting is that varieties, climate, type of soil and many other factors affect what will grow nicely with others. While you can start with a book, and yes, I do own and have read Carrots love Tomatoes, my climate is so much different that very few of the suggestions work for me.
Bright Blessings,
Kim

There's a book that goes into it in a fair amount of detail. I haven't tried anything out of it, but it sounded reasonable and well researched, at least.

Called Carrots Love Tomatoes. Here's a link for it:

As I said - I haven't tried them myself, but it would be worth looking at, at least. I checked out of our local library.

What are peoples experiences with interplanting crops? I was
looking at planting lettuce, onions ( green onions), radishes with
tomatoes. How does this work? What problems have you
encountered/experienced? What other crops work well together,
from experience, what crops don't work well.

Thanks
