I think your breads sound wonderful, and very cheap.

I am next to a bread lady, in one market, she charges $2.25 for 1 chili cheese roll, made from sour dough, I believe, and a whole bread of this is $6.50. They are delicious. Her Danish and other things are more expensive.

At another Market, their breads sell for about $5/loaf, and are baked in a wood fired oven, and using all organic products.

Customers are very lucky to be getting such great breads from you and only paying such low prices. Maybe your cost of living there is cheaper than ours, it is very high here. High or not, it is a lot of hard work.
