Liz:

A good way to prevent this type of abuse is to set mailman to limit
size of postings. About 40k is plenty for meaningful messages.

We are also getting quite a few meaningless and voluminous gif/jpeg and
other attachments coming through. Those also can easily be filtered
out by mailman.
