I sell pea tendrils and do well selling them. I have to give out samples,
and people are learning about them. And these are great stir fried with
green garlic and olive oil. 2 years ago, I sold the tendrils for 10 for
$1.00. Last year it was .06 lbs for $2.00. I cut mine when they are 5 or 6
inches. I cut the whole plant, and no more grow from these. I guess mine are
pea sprouts as was said before.
