Hattie,

I have done pea shoots for years, very easy to grow, but the customers need a lot of training.  Chefs do know about them however.  I would be glad to talk to you about growing them, but can’t possibly type that much.  Give me a call anytime.

Does anyone have experience harvesting and selling pea tendrils?  I would appreciate anything you've got to share about it.  I can't seem to find much useful info online and have some requests for them from a couple of chefs, etc.  Thanks in advance.

By the way, anyone else experiencing difficulty getting anything to grow yet?  So darn cold...then a day of warm weather and four more of cold....Down to the upper 20s again tonight and I am a solid Zone 7 here....I thought!
