David, we met this past summer, I'm a baker also and bought some of your bread (remember me now!!). I sell at the 'boro market. I use the Mr. Heater burner attachment for our propane tank, it will atleast keep your hands warm and backside. I set up couple weeks ago at the 'boro and it was windy and chilly, I considered setting the canopy up in the shed and using the sidewalls just to block the wind and making a 'room' to sell from. Good luck, I plan on stopping by this winter to see JR and I'll be sure to say hello to you.
