My reading of the info at Johnny's is that you simply get a roll of #9 galvanized wire and cut through the whole roll as it arrived and get 100 hoops at once.
If you are using that stuff for fence/trellis; get or make a reel to hold the coil before you cut the wrapping bands; otherwise you may get the a backlash that takes days to unsnarl.
Do some heavy duty shopping, prices vary widely, and freight can be a beast.
