We were charging 2.00 per head here in Oklahoma for broccoli, and
about the same for the cauliflower. That was for a large, nice size
head. We are really the only ones at our market who grow either one
so we just have to check store prices. The stores prices go up and
down so much though...
We can't grow favas. Tried and tried. They just burn up. My daughter
loves them and can't find them fresh in any of the stores in Tulsa.
So, I would charge a pretty high price if I could grow them! Is there
some secret to growing favas that I don't know about?
