Yes. I tried spinning it on with a three point pto spreader and I am
considering getting a very small electric spinner to mount on the front of
the tractor so I can cultivate and seed is one pass. But for now I find the
best way to apply hairy vetch is by hand with a shoulder strap supported
cyclone hand crank spreader. I think its more accurate when you add the high
cost of the seed... Bob.
