Do you think it could plant through a mulch, especially through rolled down Rye/Vetch/clover?

  One caveat - it works best in a nice fine seedbed, but I've used it in some clumpy stuff too.

I got it from Johnnys - about $100 delivered. 


Can this be used by one person working alone, or does it require two people?

The Johnny's catalogue sounds as if it requires two.
