The mandatory GAP audit is for vendors selling fruit and
vegetables to USDA's Fruit and Vegetable Commodity
Procurement Program.
Normally those will be grower-packers and
wholesale-packers.
Not sure if it will translate to state programs,
such as farm-to-school programs.
For example, Oklahoma schools are buying
Oklahoma-raised watermelons for Okie kids.
