Ok you organic growers out there...I would like some advice please. I am looking for organic fertilizers to use on my edibles. I am using a kelp/seaweed/fish emulsion foliar spray at the moment. Is there something else i should be using on my babes? I have tomatoes, peppers, onions, cabbage, broc's, cauliflower, and herbs. Any suggestions for something different?

Do you know what nutrients you actually need? If not, get a soil test first; no sense spending money on something that's the wrong balance for your soil, and might actually do more harm than good.

If you want to buy bagged fertilizers, I like the Fertrell line; you could check to see if they've got a local dealer, which would help considerably on shipping costs if so. They do have dealers in Ohio, according to their web site. Not all their blends are acceptable for certification, but a lot of them are.
