sounds like you may have a calcium problem, get a soil
test done. I had a similar problem that gypsum has
solved. also try to get a grassy cover crop in,
oats,wheat at the feed store/elevators are <6 bucks a
bag and worth a whole lot more. Their aggressive roots
help allot.
