Bob, Every forth Wednesday of each month except July and August we have our
tri
county monthly vegetable grower meeting, tomorrow night the 28th is the next
meeting. Its open to the public but mostly attended by commercial growers. You
should try to attend one of the meetings. Rick VanVranken Atlantic county
agent
usually attends the meetings and hosts a few, he is a nationally recognized
specialist in baby vegetables and micro greens and represents many growers
south Jersey who grow these crops on a large scale. You should speak to him if
you want to expand into that market.
You also might want to check American Vegetable Grower magazine, the cover
story from a couple months back was on two South Jersey micro greens growers.
Many growers down here got micro greens growing and marketing down to a
science...Bob
