I started making garlic powder due to a bumper crop of garlic and bad sales and at $2 an ounce it is selling out.
That price might be a little low (although I live in a higher prices area overall than Lucy). Check to see how much Frontier's dried herbs are selling in your area health food stores and price your stuff the same or higher -- Frontier is also organic, no fillers, etc, so I like using them as my "commercial key" for pricing.
The Frontere garlic powder sold where I am selling my garlic powder is $16.75 a pound-just over a dollar an ounce. Conventional garlic powder goes for about $6 a pound around here.
