Hi Marie,
FSA is the Farm Service Agency. It is a branch of the USDA setup to help farmers with Farm Bill funding and other support. There is research money for organics available in the Farm Bill that I would like to utilize. Also, some windbreak and wildlife habitat assistance. Hope this helps!
