I hate to have to reveal my "secret" sources, but....
I got my potatoes from Ronniger's this year, and received the best looking
potatoes in June (I was way late getting them planted!). They looked like
they had just been dug. Here's their page on growing and storing. Take the 40
degree walkin and keep the humidity high and the ethylene low.
