It's quite normal for the stem of tomato seedlings to have a purple color.
While cool conditions can lead to poor phosphorus uptake and result in
purple leaves, the stems can be purple even when nutrient availability is
fine. I wouldn't worry about it. There's nothing wrong. Once things warm up
a little more they'll probably look better.
