Are these prices wholesale?
Do you sell the Mirasol fresh or is it dried? I've never seen it marketed
fresh. Is it similar to anything else?

I love chiles and I'm also sad to see jalapenos sell so well. They have the
"grassiest" flavor and the crudest heat. I try and ster them towards
serranos.
It's also apparently the hardest chile to pronounce. I've heard everything
from "ha-la-pee-cane-yos" to "ha-la-pee-nos".
