I second what Jay has to say about webpages. As in almost every endeavor you need to ask yourself 'What is my purpose? What is my goal?' Remember back in school about writing essays and thesis statements. There is a reason behind that. You need to stay on task. What is your webpage's intent?

Now, if you aren't really serious about selling vegetables, if that's not the sole or even primary purpose of your webpage and, really, you have a webpage just to doodle around with, that's fine. Have a doodling around webpage. But don't expect it to sell your tomatoes or your steaks.

And this theme also applies to farming. I notice that some people on this list are out there for other reasons than growing food and selling it. And that's fine, but they shouldn't blame other people if they don't sell what they grow. If you want to grow great tasting tomatoes. That's a great goal. But sometimes it is different than growing and selling great tasting tomatoes.

Okay, reluctantly I invite you all to take a stab at my fledging website. It is a 'canned' site that I built (am building) myself, but I really wanted to get a presence on the web.
Thanks,
Shelly

Shelly,

An unprofessional comment I have is that it took awhile to download your =
photos and I am wondering if you have them compressed for faster =
downloading? =20

Personally I like to add Small Farms as a category on my browser's =
Favorite List. Then I am inspired and have ideas of what to or not to =
do on my own when I get it. :0)

If you go to a home depot or similar place you can buy the poly urethane
high density foam in 1" thick by 4' X 8' panels. One inch is about a R13 in
insulation value. With this at 4 inches thick you have a commercial freezer
insulation value. Just cut it up and glue or duct tape or put in aluminum
channels a stand alone box or tape on to a cooler for the extra protection.
The stuff works great.
Bob Crowder

Comments? Other recommendations for "super" coolers?

Sincerely,

Rick Williams
