Hi, Folks!
Kentucky Wonder and Roma II. Mosteller's Wild Goose Bean is also a good green bean, but since I'm growing the seed for Seed Savers Exchange, I don't eat so many of the green ones.
BTW, tossing 2 inch lengths of beans, some onion, and a few (okay, this is me -- A LOT OF!) garlic cloves in olive oil, black pepper and paprika, then roasting in the oven is good, good, good. Great way to use up too many beans when you've canned all the dilly beans your family will eat. . .
