Hello -- We also have tried it many different ways, even freezing them in
the husk (someone said they did it and it worked fine, but not for us).
Anyway, as my wife is still sleeping and she is the kitchen manager, I have
vague memories of cooling the corn down in ice water after removing from the
heat. Anyone else?
