Sorry, Jay.
I find Sysco to be the very WORST supplier (and I'm not alone - check
their reputation) I've ever dealt with.
They offer cheap, inconsistent products. And their customer service
STINKS.
I buy $50K of products/year from food service cos. - not a lot, I'll
grant you, but something - and I've gone with a higher-priced,
quality-focused, customer-friendly local company.
Like all big businesses, Sysco has sacrificed quality for cash. Buy
local!
