As a follow up to my earlier response about the
Trademarking possibilities for the phrase
"Naturally Grown," I ran a search of the active
trademarks database at the patent office and
found two registered marks using the words
"naturally grown" as part of a longer string of
trademarked words or artistic representations.

The phrase "naturally grown" does not appear
to be trademarked individually and it is possible
that Trademark Office rules prevent the generic
use of the terms from being registered. I come to
that conclusion because the applications for the
registered marks disclaimed any right to the generic
use of the term natural.

A more detailed review of trademark rules and
regulations might reveal that such a generic phrase
might be unregisterable.
